Paragliding - Trial Class
Paragliding... a thrilling and fascinating sport that awakes the
interest among those that enjoy new experiences.
Paragliding enables mankind’s well know dream of effortless flight. The experience of gliding effortlessly in the sky and nature reflects a true unique experience.
For all that wish to experience paragliding, we offer trial classes almost every weekend. Our practice slopes are located in the Austrian Zillertal region - approximately 1 1/2 hours south of Munich.
The first day is focused on the basics of paragliding. Starting, running, steering, and soon thereafter you’ll find yourself comfortably gliding in the air. Initially one practices running down the gentle practice slope- barely leaving the ground. Once this is mastered, a slightly stronger gradient is used for your first short flight. All participants will gradually and safely transition to the stronger gradient slope.
Within the two day class, all participants will have the opportunity to experience a solo flight representing a 50 meter height difference. The distance of your controlled flight is 200 meters from the starting spot to the landing area. The flight height and distance is ideal for all that wish to have a flight experience. You will have the financial advantage on all following courses.
We will lend to you the complete equipment. You will need to bring sturdy hiking boots, weather accommodating clothing, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
